About Keith Heneghan
Phocus Photography was established in Castlebar, Co. Mayo in 2000 by photographer Keith Heneghan to provide a high quality service to newspaper picture desks and commercial and public relations clients.
After studying photography in Dublin Keith began working for various agencies and was based in Galway, Sligo and Dublin while travelling extensively.
Although he works mainly in the west of Ireland Keith is more than happy to discuss commissions countrywide.
Using Nikon D3 digital cameras and a wide range of lenses and portable lighting equipment he can shoot and issue images on site very quickly.
Keith has been published widely both nationally and internationally in The Irish Times, The Irish Independent, The Daily Mail, Newsweek, The Observer, The Sunday Times, The Irish Examiner, The Western People, The New York Times, The Sydney Morning Herald, Bild am Sontagg, The Age on Sunday, among many others.
Member of the Press Photographers Association of Ireland and the National Union of Journalists.
